Graycloak's Legacy Items and Inscribed Garment Box unable to receive

On my Bard, I am unable to open any of these chest and claim the items. I receive a message that "you already have the items in this package." I do not already have the items in the packages.

Can verify this. I'm assuming it's partly a transmute issue where no model has bene created for the Bard, it's probably applicable to any pre-existing pack/box etc.. where there's a chance for an item based on the class that open. Ensorcelled, thayan, pvp pack etc.. there's ALOT.

They fixed the inscribed garment though the xp bonus is gone. lol. Now just hope they work on the Greycloak's Legacy gear.

I've seen and this is a joke. I'm personally not considering this resolved, the obvious switch would have been to do what you did to every other XP item, now it's a scaling item, with no slot and is constantly bettered by drops from the new levelign adventure, oh yeh and we paid for it. This still needs fixing.
