New SHarandar of the Odius Bug

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
1) Log in to a level 80 Barbarian on Xbox One.
2) In New Sharandar, started the Of the Odious quest.
3) Went to the dungeon entrance, interacted with Thradisar, collected scrolls, got the crystals.
4) Got killed at the area where I was supposed to insert the crystals.
5) I got spawned at the campfire on the other side of the barrier, in the Hall where I am supposed to kill the people for the keys.
6) I tried to go outside and put in the crystals, but the barrier will not let me saying that I cannot enter the Hall without putting in the crystals.
7) I am now stuck in an empty Hall. Had to abandon quest and log out. Respawned outside the dungeon.

    Don’t sweat it , quest is broken anyways , at least on PS4

    ? It's not broken on PS4, I've done it on 9 toons!

    How did you do it ? I went to ruins , entered did all the bs , listened to all the bs ( needs a skip button btw) , killed the hags , did all the listening etc , left . Soon as I get out , the quest which had said return to whatever her name was , now says enter the ruins .
    Broke !!!!
    Did this twice ! Broken both times
    How did you finish it ?

    Still waiting for how it worked for you ? A friend just pm me said it worked for him as well . Lmao
    Guess it’s an RNG based quest , works/doesn’t work .

    Mine all just worked, no tricks or retries. Wish I could say something more helpful, sorry :o/

    Hmm , apparently there is a portal beside quest giver that takes you too the ruins .,I followed the path on my mount and I guess that’s why it failed from what I researched. Doh !!!

    Portal is only for the repeat quest. Storyline quest is an entrance near the shamblers that are way out there past the crystal heroic. Path is correct for the storyline quest.
