It would be nice if you put your spreadsheet on Google Docs and posted the link here. You could even have a second spreadsheet inside it to help calculate the days between posting and receiving zen.

That is what has been in my link below. Those are both Google docs spreadsheets. I started the PSN sheet on April 7th, the PC sheet is well over a year old now.

Posted 2/13 and....nothing. Spreadsheet predicted fulfillment on 6/6, 113 days. The PS4 is moving towards PC time of fulfillment, indicating a shrinking paying player base. Saw the backlog dip to 37M during Journal event but now its over 38.4M. Cryptic better do something about their deteriorating AD sales.
