M21 Mythic Mount Insignia & Insignia Bonus

I do not know if this has been brought up previously, but the Mount Insignia Bonuses are not firing for the Wanderer's Fortune or Traveler's Treasure Insignia Bonuses. I tried Mythic Insignia and Legendary insignia - neither of which provided any gems or raw AD.
