Wizard MH Weapon Artifact Modifications Wrong

Some of the power icons and names in the main hand weapon artifact modification for the wizard at-wills are incorrect. (Image here: https://imgur.com/a/VQ4IEJi ). The errors are:
- Lightning bolt is an encounter power, not an at-will. The at-will is storm pillar. The icon is incorrect regardless.
- Scorching burst has the same icon as chilling cloud.
This appears on all artifact weapons for the wizard.
