This seems to be a mini boss in Sharandar part 3, located in Junta-Vor Thomil. I was wondering if anyone knows how to spawn him and if he's once a day or repeatable? He's not a heroic but does drop the new seals of the wild.

    As far as I can tell he just randomly spawns throughout the day, but I have killed him 3-4 times in an 8 hour period, so maybe every hour or maybe 2.

    Thank you , I have not been able to get him more than once a day. I will have to time my visits a little better
