Insurrections do not grant rewards if the Rift is Sealed and some players are still in combat.

I apologize for the delayed response due to the high volume of tickets in our queue. I understand that the Insurrections are not granting rewards while the rift is sealed and other players are in combat. It may be a cause of a gameplay bug.

I would recommend that you submit a bug report on the official bug report forum so our QA and Development team would be informed of the issue directly from you. This way, also, all bug reports are gathered in one location so the developers can easily review them. Please provide all the details that you can about the issue to help with the investigation.
