Deleted Characters.

Hello.
A few days ago i back to the game. When i was at the job my son delete my Fighter,Barbian,Cleric which i bought for zen almost 2 yr ago(Old system to buy 70lvl) and he have delete them last week. Is the possible to get them back ?
If Yes, how?

*I predict they will do an account roll back before the characters was deleted.

They typically will be willing to as long as you haven't played in the meantime (so I suggest not making a new char atm and playing), this is to avoid gaming some type of system usually.

I've never seen a company, including NW, fail to restore characters outside of people who created new chars in the meantime.
