BUG: M21 - The Cloaked Ascendancy

With the removal of the Blacklake District, it causes a problem with Chapter 3, where you have to go to the hideout in Blacklake District.
No progress can be made at all. Perhaps a transport node in the back of the Tower of Alteration or even inside the Adventurers Guild Hall in PE?

A dev has posted on a different thread that this has been fixed (not how) and is available if another patch is done for preview:
