I am copying the following from the reddit thread by nwgamer0, who reported this almost a week ago. I thought this was on the bug report forums already! If I'd noticed earlier I would have linked it here earlier... Myself, I forgot to spend all my Figurines so I lost everything from this years event. No wonder I can never get that outfit together...
Reddit thread:
https://www.reddit.com/r/Neverwinter/comments/o3b0ys/protectors_figurines_disappear_as_soon_as_the/Contents of main post:
The expiration date / "remaining lifetime" for Protector's Figurines is immediately at the end of the Jubilee event, not a month later as in years past.
- You cannot receive more Figurines from Protector's Hospitality drinks after the event ends, which was the standard free way to get more Figurines.
- You cannot receive more Figurines from Protector's Bounty boxes after the event ends.
- You cannot receive more Figurines from Bags of Protector's Figurines after the event ends, whether they were purchased from the Zen Market or the auction house. When you open the bag, if the event has already ended, the Figurines will instantly self-destruct.
- In effect, there is no last-chance vendor for Figurines, only for Renown. No Figurines will exist after the event ends, so there will be no currency to spend.

The Zen Market pack of Figurines also suffers from the above, purchasers receive them but they immediately disappear because they have expired.Protector's Bounty does not work at all, and gives out no rewards.
Comments
"Players who lost the Protector's Figurines obtained during the event run have had them returned to their currency inventory tab."
I can confirm that my Figurines have been restored in the exact amount that I had before they expired. They now expire in about 10 days, which is after the last chance vendor is gone. Thanks for solving it so perfectly!
