[System Notify]You used Protector's Bounty.
From the item description:
Use: Open your reward. You have opened 0 this year. Each gift opened unlocks more exciting rewards. Speak to Elminster in Protector's Enclave for more details.
The Protector's Bounty contains the following:
[Protector's Figurines] First pack of each day
[Neverwinter Renown] (this has been about 50 every time I opened them)
After you have opened 5 packs, this pack also contains one of the following:
Protector's Hospitality
Stronghold Vouchers
Additional Renown (this has been about an additional 50 every time I opened them)
Jubilee Novelties
Opening more packs expands the list of possible rewards to include:
After 10 packs: Uncommon and Rare insignias
After 25 packs: Epic items in each category
After 50 packs: Uncommon and Rare refining items
After 100 packs: double chances of Rare and Epic rewards
The counter at the top that keeps track of how many you have opened, for the extra rewards, is stuck at 0. It doesn't remember all the ones I opened the rest of the week, and it doesn't remember the ones I opened just now.
This event has a store that remains for a week after the event. It makes no sense that you wouldn't be able to still open your rewards as well?

Current state of the Bounty boxes:
- Still gives 1 Neverwinter Renown, down from +- 50 or 100
- Counter still stuck at 0
- Now also rewards 1 figurine if it is the first time you open one between figurine resets, which is 9 hours before reset for some reason
- Still does not give any other rewards (but the counter is at 0 so I guess that is sort of working like it should)

or, rather, one of, because there are several threads about it.
Protector's Hospitality is the share-with-others item of this event, except you don't share it with the whole party, but just with 1 other person. Like (most?) other equivalent items, you don't get the drops yourself; you get them when someone shares their Protector's Hospitality with you.
