Claims agent r15 enchantment and legendary bag missing

So I logged in and checked claim agent to check on my bag and enchantment, and they are gone. I was saving those there for the bard when it releases, were these supposed to disappear from claims when jubilee ended or did someone mess up

Not sure how new you are to the game but every gifts they give out will be claim it or loose it by default, ie Jubilee gifts, Winter Gifts, new module release gifts, compensation gifts, etc.
