Infernal Resonator Does Not Return to "Useful Items" Bag

So, I'm a little slow to notice things. I unintentionally equipped the Infernal Resonator to my quick tray, turns out this thing is great to use in The Wastes. But when I unequip it, it goes into my Adventure's Satchel. There isn't a menu option to move it to Useful Items and after selecting it and pressing 'X' the Useful Items tab is greyed out.

The only way I've found to return it to Useful Items is to change loadouts, but it returns to the tray when I change back.

TLDR: need a way to move Infernal Resonator to Useful Items
