Bringing back BHE action to all areas .

I think it would be a good idea to make the most powerful weapon set on the game , and have pple build it with items that are collected from every BHE on this game . There are a lot of areas in the game that new players cant get any BHE action on because most pple have progressed past all of it in the game . Soooo if you create the most powerful weapon set in the game and for all the future of the game , it can always be the most powerful set by way of adjustment from devs . There could be a short storyline that ends up sending you on your quest to acquire the weapon .
For the players that want to go through all that trouble there could be something like a campaign window to open that has a list of every BHE and its name and area on the game and the counted number of what ever item you need from each BHE . Now to think of this ... since it would be the most powerful weapon on the game the number of items from each BHE could easily be 100+ . To make it look good there could be another window to open that shows the weapon and its power growing as you collect more items and add them to it . Also as we are working on the weapon we would be able to use it , and feel it grow stronger as you collect more items from BHE .

    I don't mind most heroic encounters, and I actually enjoy the demonic ones (though I gather I'm in the slim minority there), but if Heroics requiring 10+ players could vanish without a trace, I wouldn't spare a second thought. The idea of 10+ players gathering for much of anything is pretty wistful these days.

    And, it looks like Sybella is going away with Mod 21 (am I right about that?)

    If that's the case, then the only motivator I've ever seen to fight the dragon turtle on Sea of Moving Ice will be gone, as well as the derelict farm in Lonelywood, and a ton of other encounters that people play when Sybella says the Third Eye will reward you if you play them.

    I quite like the idea as long as everyone who completes a BHE by getting a hit in or healing or tanking gets a completion point.

    Why not give players a target grind that actually has a great reward at the end of it.

    To make Big Heroic Encounters interesting.

    That is easy.

    1) Make them scale same as Demonic Heroic Encounters.
    Demonic Heroic Encounters were added in Module 8: Underdark. These encounters scale with the number of players participating, with more players bringing increased difficulty and rewards. If 9 or more players complete an encounter a Demonic Overload Heroic encounter is spawned where a powerful demon must be defeated.


    This will make that difficulity would be balanced by based how many players participate in it.
    If you try do it solo, ok it;s up for you. But if more players comes = harder it becomes. .

    Note: In additionally to balance difference between creatures and players. Enemies gain 10% stat boost with each player participate in He's. Up to 90%

    This will make big Heroics on par what they where in old days.. When you had to bring big group of players in order to complete them.. Not like no , one players bulldozing through.

    2) Add exclusive rewards, others than just Campaings currnecies..

    As example Rare rank gear parts maybe some companion gear parts( mid tier).
    Also if 9 or more players complete Heroic Encounter it would spawn extra dificult creature, which may reward players with Zuma Bag like reward Box.

    note: In oder to avoid exploiting heroic encounters scaling mechanic. The participants counts only if they stay for 10s or more in HE's area. And only then unlock higher rank. Thats mean no last moment jumping in and claiming rewards, or like other old trick with demonic HE's. One guy do He solo, then in last second other 8 jump in area, to trigger bonus stage.

    Also with each players participating increase chances to get rare rewrads..

    Thats mean, if you do solo, Ok you receive rewards, maybe even good one.. However best rewards are locked with max difficulity. Thats mean you need at least 9 players.. :)

    However timing between Big Heroic Timing will had to be slightly increased.

    No. I have already enough farming BHE ep. 3 with others.
    I'm sick of doing the heroics by two people, where is 8 other, completely useless players who contribute nothing.
    They are not only useless, but often they ruin whole heroic.
    After this, thanks to our effort they receiving epic t-shirts and I'm getting only blue ones.
    So I don't see any cooperation here, but just leeching.
    Just-no.
    Better to feed the troll than listen to the idiot .

    I do not believe that Cryptic is interested into putting the kind of rewards in needed to get people to want to do BHE.

    Do you know why it is so?? The answer is that, Big Heroic encoutners are not hard enough..

    All is take 3 decent players not even max out or end game level and thats is suficient to clear big heroic encounters.. So any other players participation is very little required. Also it does not scale with quantity of players, neither rewards chances increase with it..

    Thats why I picked demonic Heroic Encounter mechanics.

    Not only it's difficulity scale by quantity of how many players participate, but also highest chances to get best rewards are when you overload Demonic He. Thats mean when in it participate 8 or more players.

    Reward wise you get them twice. Once you clear it, and second one after overload( if you trigger it).

    Now take demonic encounter, bring to current Sharandar Big Heroic Encounter level as stand point. And here you have a content which worth to do, as challange but also do for rewards.


    I also wrote that you need stay in HE's at least 10s in order to be counted as participant. Thats mean no jump in last moment and claim reward..

    On top more players = harder, now imagine casual player who jump in harsh fight, he get shreded if he is unaware. Also players are more motivated to team up in order to survive till end and trigger Overload.
    Cuz if strongest players falls, then obviously they may also falls down too. So it's more beneficial for everyone to team up.

    Also it can be added feature that once player is out of He area for longer than 30s, he may not get reward..
    Note: timing still need to be evaluate based on distance till nearest respawn area/cmapfire :)


    Now also need to remind, that Big heroic's where never meant to be done solo or by few players.. As example take BHE's in ice wind dale when they got introduce, or mod 4 dragon fights like Charthraxis in Neverdeath, or in Well of Dragons ( mod 5) Dragon Herald Heroic Encounters.
    Or same can be said about Avernus big Heroics. At time they where introduced, usually it required at least one full party.


    As long BHe's can be done with few, obviously players will be leeching. Cuz teaming up is not required.


    Other reasons why we need Big Heroics is that,, other than them there is no Open world content which may bring multiple players in one place.. Game become too much Single player online.

    I hate to death heroic encounters..where fun in mod 3 especially black ice beholder and remorhaz but after that just boring and tendinous its a dungeons and dragons game..how about some skirmishes less heroics more dungeons more trials...i just ignore heroics this days i only do them becose of the weekly and then i leave...seems like the game got in to quality fun content and design are priotity...is more like pushing fast content to meet schedulles..
    Barovia hunt whas fun why we not making more of that..
