Is Primal Assault gear obtainable as loot in end dungeon chests?

I had the Primal Assault Butisi, i thought i had put them in my bank a while back to save for later builds, it shows in collections i had them but i may have accidently dusted them . I know they are removed form the Seal store, but are they obtainable through Chult end dungeon chests?.

No they were only available from the seal vendor and were removed when Brave seals were discontinued.
