Does my character still remain on the live server?

If I copy my character to the preview server does it still remain on the live server?

    Yes, you also can make as many copies of that char over to preview. Its a copy, so nothing you do on preview will effect live.

    Copy: make a duplicate.

    They just maybe thought it was some kind of transfer from one server to another and not a copy.
    Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

    Old topic but I will add this, you can not only copy your character to preview, but you can do it multiple times. If your character is Bob Smith, he arrives on preview with everything in his inventory. Do that again and his clone arrives as Bob Smith 1, with cloned inventory. Not that you need twenty or thirty clones running about with tons of duplicated inventory on preview, since the game on preview has a store that sells everything either free or for 1 copper coin. They do this so you can buff up the character and make sure everything works properly.

    What you can't do is copy Bob Smith back to dragon shard with all those goodies.
