Dumb question: how do you create bard character in preview?

I have just updated the preview client. I login and do not see how to create a new bard character. There is no 'new character' button. I already have 4 old characters copied from live server before.

    Delete 3 Char, so one is left, than you can create a new (2nd) one.
    If you have 2 or more Chars, you can't create a new char (just add chars by copy them from Main server)

    You can also log onto one of your old characters then go to the zen store in game. They now have the option to buy character slot there for free. Then log out and make a new character.
