Lion's guard armpieces not refreshing duration when at 20 stacks

As the title says, the arms get to 20 stacks, and stop refreshing duration. Up to 20 stacks it works fine. I HOPE that's not WAI.

@seekey#7769 They used to not have a time limit. They were nerfed to have a 10 second time limit recently, problem is once that 10 second time limit is reached ALL the stacks fall off and you have to start over building up the stacks.
