Red Eye's Glare ring is incorrectly bound to character

Hello!

I'm in a conversation with the support about my Red Eye's Glare ring is incorrectly bound to my character instead of being bound to my account as every other rings behave from Vault of the Stars.

I used that ring on my ranger, I put it into my bank, I picked it up with my warlock and it was account bound, but for some reason it's bound to my character. Even the collection says "binds on pick up (Account)", which means it should be bound to my account.

I've got the response as it is working as intended, but I'm sure it isn't.

1.) As I said, I've already used this exact ring in two different characters of mine, now I can't.
2.) Why would you make only ONE ring from VoS to be character bound, while every others are bound to account?

Please take a look on this, and correct it in the next patch!

Here's a picture about me looking at the ring in the collections menu, showing as the collections says it should be bound to account, while on my character it's bound to my character:

Regards,
Daniel

Did you put a character bound enchantment in it? That would cause an item to bind to the character.

are you sure you havent placed your hearth of the fire or any other bound enchant to it? Like ever, maybe u swapped em out again. My Red eye's Glare is not bound to char but to account.

Same as above, I've only seen this happen if a character bound item is applied to the ring/equipment. Let us know if you figure it the root cause so we can avoid it!!

I've just checked what would happen if I try to put a character bound enchant in it, and yes, it warns me, that in that case the item is going to turn into character bound as well.

As I checked mine, I didn't have a character bound enchant in it, but in the past I might had one. That must be the solution if support says everything works fine on their side and you guys have the ring on account.

    Thanks for the tip.
