Zen Market pack in Services category called Inscribed Garments (shirt and pants) grants 20% XP boost on live. As I understand it, XP is gone and replaced by movement speed bonus. Yet here the bonus is gone altogether. If XP = movement speed now, can you make sure that those items have this movement speed bonus applied and mentioned in tooltip?

I just checked on Preview - my Paladin's Inscribed Garments now grant +600 Deflection and Combat Advantage, for both shirt and pants.
