Bonus Zen event expiration-no time stamps and players lose out

I went to buy some Zen a few hours ago (May 31, around 3pm central time, USA) thinking I would get the "bonus" Zen as described in the news post from May 27th.

To my surprise, the Zen shown did not include the extra "bonus" Zen as described but only the normal values. I contacted a billing specialist via the chat option in the game. Through the conversation it was determined that the post didn't have a sale expire time just a date. Even though the post said "until May 31" it ended much earlier in the day, if not just after midnight. I was hoping to buy before the end of the day, but will not be doing so now.

I think Cryptic should openly advertise end times on the sales so everyone knows when they end and can plan accordingly.

For everyone that is thinking "why did I wait," I was waiting till after I bought groceries to see what I had left to spend.

don't worry you have saved a lot of money so much the game doesn't deserve our money anymore I don't spend anymore from today they closed the drop rate of the game it sucks I'm also bored
