Summer Festival water fight items have gotten their powers switched up.

The Everlasting Water Bucket and the Decanter of Endless Water have gotten their powers mixed up. The Decanter now does the short range water splash that is supposed to be on the Bucket, and the Bucket now has a long fast spout of water that belongs to the Decanter. The Bottomless Waterskin remains unaffected (throws a water balloon at your target).

Can you PLEASE PLEASE fix this before Summer Festival starts?
