Vos 2nd and 3rd boss, crashes, and no armor reagent drops 2nd boss

2nd and 3rd boss still turn cleave attack, 2nd boss does not drop apple most of the time. End chest on the right doesn't allow people to open sometimes. Whole team gets booted from dungeon at mid or end and nobody can get back in dungeon. Enemies respawn in maze after defeating them before moving on.
