[Request] Make Campaign Zone Gear Available in Collections Tab for Current Seals

Simple request, no idea how difficult to implement. I'd like to get the campaign gear that was available for seals when a campaign was new from the collections tab for a cost using current seals as the currency. I'd like to do this for fashion, collections, try different gear, etc.
