Tooltip / increase power by 3% for 1800 sek. But there is no difference. My power is 86.3% in total before I use it and it stays the same after.Second part is working with rase of accuracy etc. I have tried in different zones and no increase of power with this item at all....

2 things;

It does last longer than the cooldown so you should give it maybe 30 mins before checking your power stat to be sure

They changed it so power ranks up incrementally as you level it up - it starts at something like 1.2% power now

Thank you for the answer. It does!! longer than the coolwon and my total power dropped to 83,3 after a while so its actually working then.
