Genie's Gift and IWD currency

On 07.05.21 I've exchanged 160 Genie's Gifts for "Bag of Icewind Wealth" and lost 4600 coins, 1200 tears and 1200 gold because of hidden cap of 5000-500-500. No warnings were shown. No error messages also. How to get it back?
