I finished the part 1 of Sharandar campaign and never got the quest for unlocking the new dungeon?

    Have 45k il; press K and queue for it.

    You should have gotten a quest from Merrisara NPC (between the ep1 and ep2 NPCs), she will send you to defeat Granny, when completed will unlock VoS.
