Weapon "Aboleth" from the Invisible Domination (river district) campaign, has 3 bonuses: 1 - an increase of 2500 to the critical strike chance (in numerical value, which is not relevant now), 2 - delayed damage (very small) and 3 - targets should explode after death, causing damage to others (this does not happen at all). In the current combat system, old sets of weapons have become relevant and give players a choice, it would be great if you fixed the third bonus, slightly strengthened the second and made the first one give a percentage rating. I would actually like to see all older weapon set have their IL updated to meet current Mod standards if the combat rework was intended to make all older weapon sets relevant again. It would lighten the pressure for developers to make new gear and weapons for every single new mod (perhaps wait until levels are raised to 90 before releasing new gear). It would also be a nice touch by providing players a much wider variety of gearing choices on the one hand, while finally putting an end to the silly (petty/immature/irrational) gearing elitism hamstringing new players on the other hand.
