(Xbox) Reformed Citadel

The last time I played, about six months ago, Reformed Citadel had just released. I had not unlocked it yet, but I had started Path of the Fallen. I have since returned to playing the game in earnest, and Path of the Fallen is fully complete, and Descent into Avernus is at 62%. I am unable to start Redeemed Citadel, however, and all of the progress bars are locked. Is this something that I missed out on, or is there something that I can buy in-game to unlock it?

    * Redeemed Citadel

    It is a limited time event. You have to finish each milestone within a fixed period of calendar time. One could buy 'Reforger's blessing' in Zen store BEFORE the milestone ends to extend that. They now all ended. No, you are not be able to do it.
