Gear equip bonuses incorrectly giving rating contribution %

All of these listed equip powers add percentage to rating contribution instead of other contribution like it should.

Head- Charged Might, Challenger's Might, Executioner's Might

Arms- Death Defier's Might, Escalating Might

Feet- Charged Might, Gladiator's Might

    Ring of Fallen Power

    Ring of Fallen Power: On hitting a foe you gain 535 Power for 4 seconds ......
    It is adding a number.
    If it is a number (e.g. 535 power), it goes to 'Rating Contribution'.
    If it is a % (e.g. +3% whatever), it goes to 'other contribution'.

    I don't know the other gear. Ring of Fallen Power does what it describes.
