Can't complete the Begin the Tyranny of Dragons Campaign Quest yet already halfway through it

I emailed regarding this but was told to also post it here, also would be interesting to see if anyone else has come across this issue that I am still facing.

In my Journal Quests in General, it says Start the Tyranny Campaign/ Campaign Tyranny of Dragons in the Campaign Window, yet I am level 80 and have already started and finished the Lower section of that Campaign, yet it is still is asking me to start it. I obviously went through all the process so it could start, yet it hasn't acknowledged in the Journal Quest that I have done that Quest.

Anyone else having this issue? I have attached photos.

I am not used to forums so hopefully these pictures will work.

Okay I will, the company told me to wait and not move on with the campaign so was uncertain if should proceed. As going forward in it, is no problem it's just getting the quest to realise i've begun. (update whatever problem it is, it seems to have occured when I started the campaign at the beginning, so I don't know what has gone wrong or how to fix it.)
