Crit avoidance lose using divinity encounters

What’s with divinity powers causing a lose of crit avoidance all of a sudden? Happening on paladin and cleric in either load out

It's in the class description, thats how divinity healer classes work...in previous mods you balanced with10k over cap in crit avoid to compensate as it goes down as divinity bar goes down.
