Serious out of date help messages

All of the help messages i looked at were very out of date.
1) the companion guy in enclave, talks about leveling up companions and other nonsense
2) the exchange vender talks about mod 16 mechanics that are out of date (divinity charging, stats & opposing stats like armor pen, etc)
3) the actual help messages via "game help" are soooooooo old
I'm assuming every other place any message dealing with mechanics are also bad. Fix them.
