Vallenhas Signet of Patronage not halving boon costs

I reported this as a ticket and also found a Reddit discussion where others have had the same problem. I made a signet of patronage for one of my alts for the Descent to Avernus Campaign. The alt applied it to her campaign and it did half her last campaign task costs to 88. However, boon costs remain the same (150 I believe for that campaign). All the other signet of patronages that I have made also half the boon costs, so they should be 75 for a boon.

Same thing happened to me. It needs to be remedied for consistency.

Well, I finally heard from support. Even though ALL other signets of patronage reduce the cost of boons, they say that the tooltip on the Vallenhas say "reduces the costs of some tasks" and therefore does not work on boons. It would be nice if they would SPECIFY which TASKS it does not apply to. I had all but the last box finished and got all the currency and the 50000 AD just to reduce the boon costs.
