Quest in avernus "DEVILS HOLD/FIND PICK IN RUINS"

I already completed this mission once. I take the pick, no problem. But the second time, I found the pick, but I can't get it. I thought it might have several picks, and that one in particular had been disabled. However, I found none. I gave up on this quest and resumed it again, but the problem persisted. Some hints??

The pick switches places and is not always in the same place. You have to look all around for it. It will be sparkling.

If my memory still works: One is in the ruin close to the path (most people see this one). Another one is in the edge of the cliff behind the wall.

When you do the yellow unlock version of the quest, the pick is always on the edge of the island. When you do the weekly version of the quest, it is in a small ruin near the road just as you are about to exit the blue circle. It will be on your left if you are traveling away from the stronghold.
