Terror enchantment not adding damage boost to Bane

I was just looking over my stats from a short instance last night when I noticed that the bonus 'Terror Weapon' damage on at-wills and encounters was adding up to the correct percentage, but only if I excluded damage caused by Bane. I've checked again tonight, and Bane is the only one of my at-wills and encounters (didn't check dailies) which is not getting this bonus. Is the extra damage for this power shown in the damage caused by Bane rather than listed separately, or is this broken? Or working as intended?
