Shield of the Fey not registering in collection list

It looks like this has been a problem for a while, but the Shield of the Fey does not get added to the collection list when found. I was trying to wrap up the Sharandar collections before the new mod, and I can't get this one to trigger. I had two more of these drop trying.

Please fix this so it triggers properly. Thanks
