Royal Gardener bugs out Paladin's Divine Champion

The Royal Gardener makes his "hard hit" after doing the red and green line. I activated Divine Champion (Tab) on my Paladin. The Royal Gardner executed his hard hit. I was not able do deactivate it anymore. It only deactivated when I ran out of Divinity. If I activated Divine Champion again, same problem. Even out of combat the same behavior. I was not able to deactivate with with Tab.

This issue appeared for the first time in around 10 runs.

I resolved the issue by changing my loadout to Oathkeeper and then back to Justicar.

I cant confirm, but yesterday I had the sense that divine champion didnt deactivate in that boss....sometimes. I though it was my mistake or something and maybe it went off when out of divinity, I am not sure. Will take a look in the next run.
