Githyanki companion power

Githyanki companion is bugged for a long time. It uses its spinning attack just once and then no more throughout the whole fight. It shows cooldown about 20sec (i can't remember how long exactly), but cooldown doesn't work at all.

I had that issue when I unchecked the box to use Latest Appearance Unchecking it seemed to fix the problem though I didn't try the pet for long as she throws mobs everywhere.
