Q: What do I do with all the diamond shards from the BHE?

I get the diamond shards and all it tells me is fix a broken diamond. Uhm yes that is clear as mud. If this is just more weapon refinement, or something like the mount collar shard of power, then I am not interested and will be selling them in a AH. I see they are still getting a good price in the AH but that won't last.

You double click to use them and get some item. Artifact and artifact neck/belt could drop but frequently a one use consumable. Selling them may be the more profitable option unless you are really lucky.
