Companion Powers other than percentage based

I do not know how else to classify these, but I am talking about the ones like my Rat Pup Bleed and Wererat Thief Poison. I am running a Rogue assassin and have my Rat Pup at purple (Epic). The Wererat Thief is at Blue. Before the combat changes, I had both their powers slotted (I think simultaneously, but I may have just rotated them). Anyway, I would often see "Wererat Discipline" and "Bleed" on my screen if my memory is correct. Now, when slotted, I never see these. The Rat Pup is a 30% chance on encounter use, and, as a rogue, I use my encounter powers a lot. So, I went to the combat tab on the chat window and looked at the log. It is a bit hard to read, but I scrolled through quite a bit and never once saw a bleed from the rat pup. Are these powers not working properly? I did see that it says 60% physical damage which, with the new system, not sure what that means. Maybe it is just not announcing that these powers are happening?

Hmm , interesting. Weapons don’t have damage anymore unless I read that wrong . So any % of weapon damage would be zero IMO . I hope I’m wrong :)

OK. I went to the stronghold and tested both powers on the dummies. I could see the dummies suffering from the bleed and it did list it in the combat window, so it is happening. Same for the Wererat thing. It is just not announcing it like it used to. The only powers that are announced are Skullcracker (in blue) and Blood Lust (in red). I do not know what the colors mean.
