adjusting bloodletter on sentinel to the new system

Can you please take a look at bloodletter it did not get adjusted to the new system the magnitude is still 520 (https://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Bloodletter). the self heal is almost irrelevant.

Yes. On my blademaster build it heals well, but it's pure garbage on my sentinel build. The total power rating lost when changing builds cripples this combat power.
