It is NOT a "challenge" to fail Tiamat after running it 100's of times

It's just plain annoying.
Please fix it.
I have not had a successful run since it was changed.

    You must be having bad luck, because I don't think I have had any failed runs even when 100% pugging it. More often than not all finished within the first phase. I am finding that more people these days seem to have no idea what they need to do. That can be frustrating.

    Since they changed the breath mechanic when protecting the clerics, it seems to take much longer to defend them to trigger Tiamat.

    the breath markers are bugged so they appear underground insttead of on the ground where they are supposed to be
