Graphics of some mounts and game areas looking really bad since combat rework update

Hi, since the update for combat rework went live on PS4 a lot of the mounts look really bad as well as some areas in the game. The graphic textures don't exist and it's only showing flat colours on the affected mounts and game areas. There's no graphic definition whatsoever in the affected items. I have no idea what's causing this but if feels like the filter for the graphics isn't loading properly and instead just show an unpolished version of the object.

Are the developers aware of this issue? If yes, is there a fix coming soon?

I have noticed that textures sometimes take a little more time to load so you could essentially see no ground in Protector's Enclave for about 20 seconds after it loads and of course the long standing bug of being saddled up with no mount under you.
