Enforced Threat nerfed!??!?

While playing on my GF Tank, I soon realized that they removed the added effect of this power, as this effect was the only viable power in my rotation (Shield Throw + ET + Iron Warrior) to activate the Combatant Maneuvers mount bonus while tanking. Please bring the added effect back.

It's dejavu all over again.
The nerf of a critical GF tank skill has almost been an annual event.
I could name 6 or 7 times a needed tank skill has been newtered.
And this is the SECOND time the bedrock of tanking: Enforced Threat, has been weakened.
It's happened before.
