The Staff Of Flowers doesn't give necessary values to the characteristics

Instead of the declared 15 thousand, the Staff gives only 10 thousand. Or change the description of the artifact or add another 5 thousand to it. Thanks.

I'm starting to see a pattern here. One person posts that all Staff of Flowers artis are now 'bind on pickup' in their GUILD BANK and now you're saying it's stats are messed up too.

Someone should try activating one - chances are a big dinosaur will appear and eat a minion...

I acquired 3 staff of flowers in 20 openings of lockboxes ( older ) managed to put up one for sale in AH, all 3 were open not bound - the one in AH timed out and when it was returned to me all 3 became bound to charach. - Arc games support says they can't change it back because of technical limitations...then how the hell did it magically change in the first place....?

Incredible. Happened the same thing for me.
Will my staff of flowers that was never equipped become unbound again? How will you solve it?
I have another equipped. Will you unbind all staff of flowers? Is it necessary to write a ticket?
So the technical limitation can only make players take a loss? How can we solve this issue?

Seem to recall that this kind of bugs previously happened years ago and no solution, at least for me, was found. Which lead to me not to charge zen for quite a while.

I hope they fix this soon , we buy with zen the keys for the lockboxes, i have 7 put away between my bank and guild bank for alliance events. I need them as giveaways! Please fix this as soon as possible
