I dropped the 50.00 that it says that you need to drop to get this pack, and I dont have this fracking pack, there is nothing for me in the reclaims guy and I cant find diddali HAMSTER anywhere about this in forums or on the web page on this, sorry but I am pissed off cause I am hearing also that the weapon enchant is also bound to account when it DID NOT say anything about bound to account. I am more upset with myself in believing in you all then listen to others tell me that you are going to screw me over

    You bought the pack on the ARC website or did you just buy 5000 ZEN? Assuming you bought the pack and it isn't on the Promo tab of the Claims Agent, you will have to contact suuport.

    If you just charged ZEN, you didn't actually buy the pack. It might be good to contact Support and explain the situation, that you wanted the pack and misunderstood the blog.
