Cannot reclaim the new Cauldron Mount on account

I claimed the mount once I won it from the lock box, but get the error when I claim the mount at the reclaims agent. "You already have all the items in this package." This is a diffferent character on the same account.

I got this error after claiming it when I tried to equip it on 2 of my toons. Both of these toons already have the Omnipotent equip power, but at a lower level from different mounts (2 different Crag Cats).

I'm trying to equip the mythic version of the new mount.
