Red Ice Makos bugged

I went with my barbarian blademaster and her new companion Yohimbe to Cold Run. We got on the ship to do Red Ice and defeated all the giants and the reinforcements. The next step was to speak to Makos. Problem is, he materialized inside a table on the boat. His head and question mark are sticking out of the table, but, try as I might, I cannot talk to him. I Defeated myself twice and he is still stuck in the table. I think this may be a bug.

I exited and restarted the quest,amking sure I was as close to center of the ship as possible. Makos then spawned as intended.
