Lunar Festival Crier Dialog freezing my character

I have had this happen on two characters so far-- my hellbringer warlock and my justicar paladin. Both went to speak to the crier, got the dialog, but then could not do anything else. Music and activity in background, but could not move. Had to go to the xbox home, quit game, and reload. Upon reloading, festival crier had been credited as being spoken to.

Because I saw notes about last year's festival, I went back and checked my characters .The Paladin participated last year; the warlock did not.
